Project: Booral
What began as a modest two-bedroom cottage was completely reimagined into a spacious, custom-designed family home.
The original structure was stripped back to the subfloor, allowing us to rebuild from the ground up while retaining the integrity of the existing footprint. This space now forms the heart of the home — a light-filled open-plan living, dining, kitchen and laundry area designed for everyday family living.
This project is a true reflection of what can be achieved through thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a tailored approach to building.

Project mission
Transforming a modest cottage into a spacious, light-filled family home with a seamless indoor-outdoor connection
Extending from this central hub, two thoughtfully designed wings were added to create both functionality and separation.
One wing accommodates the children’s zone, featuring three bedrooms, a main bathroom, a generous powder room, and a dedicated media room — providing a space for both privacy and connection.
The opposite wing is dedicated to the master retreat, offering a spacious bedroom, large walk-in robe, private office, and a well-appointed ensuite designed with comfort and simplicity in mind.

Reimagining a two-bedroom cottage
A key feature of the home is the main living area, where oak and black raked ceilings create a striking sense of height and warmth. Large stacker doors open seamlessly onto an expansive outdoor deck, enhancing indoor-outdoor living and creating a natural extension of the space.
" Great to deal with, excellent attention to detail and great communication during the entire build. Also worked hard to create the design we wanted. "
